To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, we offer the following refund policy:
Refund Eligibility:To be eligible for a refund, you must attend the 1-on-1 Call with Monica that you booked based on your choice of available slots. If, after attending the 1-on-1 Call with Monica, you decide on the call itself that you do not wish to proceed with the Program, you are eligible for a refund of the booking amount you paid. This decision must be made during the 1-on-1 call, and no later than the end of that day. Any payments made after this are considered an agreement to continue with the Coachopreneur Business.
Program Refund Process:
If you are eligible for a refund based on the above criteria, you can proceed to request one. To do so, please email us at monica@coachopreneur.com with your request. We are committed to a hassle-free refund process for eligible participants. Your refund will be processed within 14 days after your request is received.
Cancellation Policy:
In the unlikely event that the Coachopreneur Business Program is forced to cancel or reschedule an event (or sessions within the event) due to circumstances beyond our control, we will announce the rescheduled dates for future events. While we cannot promise specific dates in advance, we will ensure you are informed as soon as possible.
